expressing opinion:
A : what do you think about my new dress ?
B : I think it's look good on you.
A : thanks 

expressing suggestion :
C : I have a stomach-ache. what should i do ?
D : i suggest you to see a doctor.
C : okay, thanks for your  suggestion.
