The amount of technology these days like smart phone, tablet, PC, laptop or even Smart-TV are to overwhelming for us. Of course all of it has it good and bad effects on us, but in my opinion it's more effecting badly on our life. For example, smartphone nowadays has a lot of ability, you can browse internet, watch movies and video, listen to a lot of musics and many more in just one device. Of course it's cool to have those kind of device on you all the time, but cool doesn't mean it's good for you. With that many abilities that just a phone has, you will eventually starts spending your day scrolling through your phone for hours and doing nothing productive for the day. And with phone you will be able to procrastinate more easily and spend your day laying down in your bed with phone glued to your hand. It will slowly affect your study, your work, your body or even your relationship with your family and friends.
